Ingredients


4 chicken breasts
500g cherry tomato
30g black olives
1 garlic, mashed
Oregano
Olive oil
8 slices of salami
1 onion in rings
Fresh sliced mozzarella
15g polenta
Salt and pepper


Preparation


Season the breasts and bring them to the slightly oiled Air Fryer mold. In a
bowl place tomato, olives, garlic, and oregano with oil and mix. Add the
mixture over the chicken and press with a spoon. Add salami, onion,
mozzarella and sprinkle polenta. Set the Air Fryer at 180ºc for 25 30 minutes.

Serve up hot.
