Ingredients


1 chopped chicken
2 grated carrots
2 grated potatoes
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped hot peppers
1 tablespoon of mustard
Laurel and oregano
Finely sliced coriander
¼ cup of orange juice
Olive oil and soy sauce
Salt and pepper


Preparation


In a bowl place the chicken and season with soy sauce, mustard, bay leaf,
oregano, coriander, salt, and pepper. Sauté the chicken in a pan until
browned.

Take the Air Fryer mold and Reserve up. In the same pan, sauté
onion, carrot, chili, and potatoes until the color changes. Place on the chicken
and bathe with orange and a cup of water. Schedule at 160ºc for 10 15
minutes. Serve up with salad
