Ingredients


Salt and pepper to taste
3 chicken fillets
1 bunches of spinach
Olive oil
Wooden sticks
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons onion
1 clove garlic.
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper


Preparation


Pepper the breast. Chop the spinach and sauté with olive oil and season. Place
the spinach on top of the breasts and roll up. Fix with chopsticks. Stir fry the
breasts to seal. Place the breasts in a dish to take the Air Fryer to 180ºc, for
1520 minutes. Check the cooking and if nec essary reprogram for 10 minutes.

Serve up bathed with cream. Sauce: cut the onions into small squares, sauté
in a little butter, along with the garlic. Add milk, cream, cheese and sauté.
