3 chicken breasts
Finely sliced spinach
3 kinds of garlic, mashed
Olive oil
chili powder
100g ricotta
50g parmesan
Salt and pepper
1 beaten egg
100g fried tomato
Sliced mozzarella cheese


Sauté spinach and garlic with oil and butter until browned. Add ricotta,
parmesan, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well. Open chicken in medium,
season and fill with sautéing. Closing with hands pass through egg and
panko. Place in the Air Fryer, cover with sauce and mozzarella. Schedule at
180ºC for 10 15 minutes
