Ingredients


½kg potatoes washed and chopped
200g ground beef
2 kinds of garlic, mashed
1 onion (½ julienne and ½ grated)
Parsley finely cut
Cayenne pepper
Skim milk
2 beaten eggs
Wheat flour
Olive oil, salt, and pepper
1 processed tomato
10 drops of Tabasco
Mayonnaise


Preparation


In a pot of water, place the potatoes and cook until softened. Meanwhile,
sauté the onion in julienne and garlic. Add the meat, peppers, parsley, and
salt. Stir until the meat is cooked. Remove the potatoes and even warm, crush
and add milk, salt. Mix and take portions knead ing and forming spheres with
holes in the center. Fill with meat, cover with more puree. Pass through the
egg, flour, and varnish with oil. Take the Air Fryer programmed at 180ºc for
8 12 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the grated onion, tomato, salt and Tabasco
with oil. Serve up the bompapas and accompany it them with mayonnaise and
Tabasco sauce.
