Ingredients


500g Ossobuco’s Meat
1 Chicken breast in large cubes
2 Potatoes in cubes
Olive oil
2 Onions 1 in julienne and another chopped
2 mashed garlic
Salt and pepper in grains
Red wine
Parsley


Preparation


To mount the meat in water with pepper and the chopped onion. Let boil for
1 hour. Remove the meat, cut into cubes and Reserve up the broth. The mold
of the Air Fryer add oil and program it at 180ºC for 20 30 minutes. At 5
minutes add and sauté the onion with the garlic, and continue the
programming. 5 minutes later add the meat, 1 glass of the cooking water,
potatoes and stir. After 5 minutes add wine, if there is insufficient liquid, add
another glass of broth and let it evaporate for 5 minutes. Add salt, chicken,
mix and finish with the programming. Serve up with rice or pasta.
