Ingredients


2slice pulp, chopped
1 finely chopped onion
Olive oil
Paprika
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 spoon of sugar
Salt and pepper
Mustard
2 Fillets of Beef Tenderloin


Preparation


Season the meat and bring to the Air Fryer programmed at 180ºC for 12 15
minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a pan and add the mango. Add salt,
pepper, sugar, vinegar, mustard, paprika, and stir well. When the syrup
begins to form, add the water little by little until the mango is soft. Process in
the blender and then through the strainer. Rectify the flavor. Serve up the
steaks with the sauce.
