Ingredients


500g chopped rabbit
Paprika and turmeric
Olive oil
4 cups round grain rice
1 bunch of chopped scallions
3 tablespoons fried tomato
1 chopped paprika
200g of peas
200g of chopped cauliflower
400g of sliced artichokes
1L of broth


Preparation


Sauté the rabbit with the chives and paprika. Pass boiling water cauliflower
for 1 minute. Add cauliflower, peas, and artichokes to the rabbit. Add the
rice, sauté and place everything in the mold of the Air Fryer. Incorporate the
fried tomato, paprika, turmeric, and mix. Pour the broth and mix until the
flavors are incorporated. Schedule at 180ºC for 20 25 minutes. Cover with
aluminum foil and rest for 5 minutes. Serve up.
