Ingredients


1 leg of lamb
1Kg of sliced potatoes
1 can of tomato
2 onions in small cubes
1Kg of artichokes
1 glass of white wine
Olive oil
2 meat broth tablets
Pepper


Preparation
Rinse the leg of lamb with oil and 1 shredded tablet. Place it in the mold of
the Air Fryer and set at 180ºC for 20 25 minutes. Sauté the onion and add the
potatoes. Add the artichokes and season with the other shredded pill.

Remove
the lamb and in the same mold, add the sautéed and place the lamb on top.

To
bathe with the wine, to distribute the tomatoes and to program it at 180ºC for
20 25 minutes. Serve up hot
