Ingredients:

3 pork chops, boneless

1 egg, lightly beaten

3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut milk

Pepper

Salt

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg with milk.
In a shallow dish, mix together parmesan cheese, almond flour, pepper, and salt.
Dip pork chops into the egg mixture then coat with parmesan mixture, place coated pork chops onto the cooking tray. Select BAKE mode, then set the temperature to 350 F and the time to 30 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Serve and enjoy.
