1 lb pork shoulder, boneless and cut into 1/2-inch sliced

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice wine

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp ginger, minced

2 tbsp red pepper paste

1 onion, sliced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp cayenne pepper


Add all ingredients into the bowl and mix well and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place marinated meat and onion slices onto the cooking tray.
Select AIRFRY mode, then set the temperature to 400 F and the time to 15 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Turn meat half way through. Serve and enjoy.
