2 medium potatoes, preferably Yukon Gold, scrubbed

- Preheat the air fryer to 392ºF (200ºC). Spritz the air fryer basket with
- On a flat work surface, cut the potatoes into ¼-inch-thick slices.
Transfer the potato slices to a medium bowl, along with the olive oil,
garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper and toss to coat well.
- Put the potato slices in the air fryer basket and air fry for 22 minutes
until tender and nicely browned. Shake the basket twice during the
cooking process for even cooking.
- Remove from the basket and serve alongside the ketchup for dipping.
