Ingredients


Soya Flour.
4 hake fillets
Sea salt.
½ cup of chimichurri.
1 cup of broccoli
½ cup of beans
¼ of red paprika.
Olive oil.
¼ kg of tomatoes
Lemons.
Leaf of green vegetables.


Preparation


Season with chimichurri. Beat well with the soy flour and bring to the Air
Fryer 1015 minutes at 160ºc.

Prepare the salad to accompany it the Mediterranean hake. Season with olive
oil, sea salt. Place lemon juice on the steak at the time of serving.
