4 pork chops
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut butter
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp garlic, grated
In a small bowl, mix together coconut butter, coconut oil, garlic cloves, parsley, pepper, and salt.
Coat pork chops with coconut butter mixture and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place pork chops onto the parchment-lined cooking tray.
Select AIRFRY mode, then set the temperature to 350 F and the time to 16 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Flip pork chops to halfway through. Serve and enjoy.
