1 lb lamb sirloin steaks, boneless

1 tsp ground fennel

1 tsp garam masala

5 garlic cloves

1 tbsp ginger

1 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 onion

1 tsp salt


Add all ingredients except steak into the blender and blend until smooth.
Add blended mixture and steak into the bowl and coat well.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Place marinated meat onto the cooking tray.
Select AIRFRY mode, then set the temperature to 330 F and the time to 15 minutes, then press start.
When the display shows Add Food then place the cooking tray in the vortex plus air fryer oven.
Turn meat half way through. Serve and enjoy.
