Ingredients


100g of smoked salmon
3 tablespoons of caper.
¼ cup chives
100g of cream cheese
50g of yogurt.
1 ½ tsp of Dill
1 tbsp olive oil
Ciabatta bread.
Salt.
Pepper.


Preparation


Filter the yogurt in a filter to drain the water. Mix the yogurt with chives,
capers, and dill. It mixes well. Salt and pepper are added. Cut the bread into
slices and place olive oil in it, fry it in Air Fryer for 1015 minutes at 160ºc.

Serve up the bread with cream on top, then roll up the salmon and place more
cream on the salmon. It is decorated with capers.
