Ingredients


Tuna crumbled.
Cornmeal.
Coriander.
Pepper.
Salt.
Garlic.
Olive oil.
Water


Preparation


Prepare the tuna with oil, pepper, garlic, coriander, and salt. Mix very well.

Reserve up.

Prepare the cornflour with water and salt to taste, knead very well. Make
balls and extend. Place 1 tablespoon of the previous Preparation. Close.

Place a little oil on the mold of the Air Fryer and bring the dumplings to fry
for 10 15 minutes, at a temperature of 160ºc. Flip to finish frying on the other
side.
