Salmon Brochette

Ingredients
100 g Smoked salmon
3 tsp. Baby Capers
1/4 cup finely chopped scallion
100 g Cream cheese
1 ½ tbsp. Of Dill
1 tbsp Of olive oil
Peasant bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix cream with scallion, baby capers, dill, salt, and pep per. The salmon is
cut into thin slices and Reserve. Slices of bread are cut and varnished with
olive oil.
Take the Air Fryer to 160ºc for 10 15 minutes or until golden
brown. Serve up, place a little of the cream on top and the slices of salmon.
It
is decorated with a little more cream and capers
