2 cups of rice
4 cups of shrimp consommé
500 grams of chopped shrimp
4 large peppers cut
4 large onions cut
4 cloves garlic, mashed
6 gherkins cut finely
8 chili peppers
1 egg
100 grams of wheat flour
The required quantity of milk
1 jar of mayonnaise
Amount of salt needed
Needed amount of pepper
The necessary amount of nutmeg


In a saucepan add the consommé and salt and pepper. When boiling add the
rice and cook for 20 minutes. In a bowl beat the egg vigorously. Incorporate
the flour to form a paste. Add milk and mix. Add the rice, nutmeg and salt
and pepper to taste. stir

In a frying pan sauté 3 onions, 3 peppers, 6 red
peppers and 3 garlic, until forming a sauce. Add the chopped shrimp and salt
and pepper.

Add to the pasta. To paint with olive oil the mold of the Air
Fryer and to place the mixture forming the fritters. Fry at 180ºc for 5 10
minutes. Process the onion, paprika, pickles, garlic, and peppers. Mix with
mayonnaise. Season and Serve up the fritters accompa nied by the sauce.
