500 g Of fresh sardines without thorns
5 garlic cloves mashed
Salt and pepper
2 egg yolks
¾ cup of ice water
¾ cup flour
In a bowl combine the yolks, in ice water and the flour and salt. Mix well.
Season the sardines with the garlic and salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sardines
in the egg mixture. Place them in the Air Fryer mold previously varnished
with oil. Fry at 180ºc for 4 7 minutes. Serve up with salad, accompanied by
rice or puree; or also as an entrance.
