Ingredients


1 cup of rice
2 cups of chicken broth
1 beaten egg
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil
1 cup of shrimp cleaned and cut
½ cup finely chopped onion
3 garlic cloves mashed
½ cup of sweet chili finely chopped
Finely chopped onion
Parsley finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation


In a pot boil the broth. Pepper. Once boiling add the rice. Cook for 15 20
minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in olive oil. Add garlic, chili, and
chives

Remove and add the shrimp. When they change color remove from
the fire. Add parsley and salt. Take the rice and form the meatballs with a gap
in between. Fill with sautéed shrimp. Seal the meatball. Dip in beaten egg
and Breadcrumbs. Place in the Air Fryer and fry at 180ºc for 5 minutes.

Serve
up them with the sauce of preference.
