1 package of pastiche pasta
1 can of tuna in oil
1 can of sardines with tomato
2 cans of turkey wing
2 sliced onions
1 red paprika cut
2 tbsp Of tomato puree
2 tbsp Of finely cut parsley
Olive oil
6 tbsp Of balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp. Of salt
Parmesan cheese


In a pot of water, boil the pastiche pasta in salted water for ten minutes. Drain
and place on a damp cloth so they do not stick. Reserve up. Sauté onions and
paprika in a pan with olive oil. Add the tomato puree, salt, and pars ley. Stir
and add the shredded tuna, the sardines, and the turkey wing. Fill the pasta
with the previous prepa ration.

Roll up and place in the Air Fryer. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and fry at 160ºc for 10 15

Meanwhile, combine in a bowl, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic,
and salt. Mix. Remove the aluminum 3 minutes after finishing. Serve up the
cannelloni with the previously prepared vinai grette.
